Magnums Reception is open daily between 8am and 8pm. Check in is available from 2pm.
Magnums offers 24/7 check in. If you are arriving after-hours, please make sure you let our team know as soon as you can so we can prepare a late check-in pack with your key, information and parking permit.
We also have some rooms available for travellers arriving after Reception hours, without a booking. Simply call 1 800 624 634 for more details. This service is subject to availability and may not be available at all times.
For double and twin rooms, check out is 10am. For our ensuite cabins/rooms, check out is 11am. For the self-contained cabin, lucky you, check out is 12pm. Please note a late fee will be charged after check out time. A full rate fee will be charged if guests have not checked out within 2 hours of check out time.
If you are leaving early in the morning, please leave your key in the key hole in one of the Reception doors.
Our Reception is closed on Christmas Day. There are no check-in or check-out available on Christmas Day.
General Terms and conditions
Magnums is suited to 18 and over travellers, no children thank you.
Magnums is for registered guests only – no visitors are permitted on the property. Fees will apply for unregistered guests and late checkouts. Checked out guests must not re-enter to use our facilities unless by prior written arrangement with management.
You may be asked by a member of our team to show your room key. Please cooperate fully as we are all doing our best to provide a safe and clean environment for our in-house guests.
For the comfort of our guests in the resort, unruly behaviour and/or excessive noise is not acceptable. Magnums has a no party policy. No refunds will be given in the event guests are required to check out early as a result of any security or property damage issues. Guests will be responsible for fees incurred in the event of failure to check out, return room key, damages to room or property, additional cleaning fees if room not left in an acceptable condition, missing linen and/or room furnishings.
Absolutely no smoking in rooms. Breaching this rule will result in a cleaning fee of up to $200 being charged to your account. When smoking outside your room, please make sure your window and door are both closed to avoid smoke travelling inside your room.
Important information is displayed in all rooms.
Please note that the door of your room or cabin automatically locks when closed. Please make sure you always have your key with you before leaving your room or cabin.
Magnums supply free storage for our guests valuables. Please come and see us at Reception for details.

COVID information
Magnums has been recognised as a COVID clean practicing business. We have strong cleaning procedures in place and you can rest assured that we follow all Government Regulations and keep ourselves updated with the latest information. This is our promise to you. The safety of our guests and staff is our priority. All communications are displayed on our Notice Boards throughout the resort and available at Reception as well.
How to contact us after hours?
If you require assistance after hours, please call 1 800 624 634. For after hours concerns, please call our after hours contact number or you may wish to speak to one of our friendly staff members when the Reception office opens in the morning.
For security matters, please call our security providers InFront Security on 0417 641 164. Please be aware there may be a fee of up to $100 if you do request a security callout that is deemed to be “not urgent or unnecessary”. Please ensure you always have your key with you.
