Front Office Receptionist / Tour consultant
Magnums Accommodation, located in the heart of Airlie Beach, is looking for a passionate Tour Sales Agent/Receptionist extraordinaire to join our award-winning team. We specialise in creating unforgettable experiences for our 18+ “young at heart” guests, offering both unique accommodation and the best tours the Whitsundays has to offer.
We are seeking a highly motivated individual with a proven track record in sales who thrives on meeting targets, building rapport with customers, and delivering outstanding service. This position includes Reception, administration tasks and tour sales.
What we are looking for:
- Demonstrated experience and success in sales (tourism or hospitality highly regarded).
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to engage with a diverse range of guests.
- Experience with software such as Guestpoint and Hero Travel (or similar) will be highly regarded.
- Previous experience in accommodation bookings is beneficial.
The role:
- Flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- 20–30 hours per week, with the opportunity for growth.
- Great pay rates plus a generous commission structure rewarding performance.
